ALLEN C SANG

Allen C. Sang is an AV rated attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator having earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1986,. Mr. Sang was the recipient of the Victor O. Wehley award in trial practice. He began his legal career with the City of Jacksonville as an assistant general counsel. There, Mr. Sang represented the City of Jacksonville and its agencies in the defense of a wide variety of injury and civil right claims. This included claims arising from premises, automobile, power company electrocutions and police liability.

In 1989, Mr. Sang joined Carman, Beauchamp, Sang & Gonzales, P.A. Since joining the firm, Mr. Sang has continued his practice in governmental tort and civil rights litigation, as well as expanding his trial practice to general insurance defense litigation and construction litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Sang has tried numerous cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, false arrest, construction defects and wrongful termination.

Currently, Mr. Sang’s trial practice is concentrated in general insurance defense, products liability, trucking litigation, construction defect litigation and governmental tort liability.

Mr. Sang is a member of the Florida and is also a member of the Colorado Bar. His experience includes trial practice in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Sang is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, The Trucking Industry Defense Association, Transportation Lawyers of America and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
