Adam Paul Philpott is a partner with the firm. He received his B.S. degree cum laude in legal studies from the University of Central Florida in 2000. Thereafter, he received his juris doctorate in 2003 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he earned dean’s list recognition honors.

Mr. Philpott began his legal career with the Ninth Circuit Public Defender’s Office where he learned invaluable trial experience. He then represented every major automobile carrier working with their fraud and special investigations units.

Mr. Philpott joined the firm in 2006. He concentrates his practice in the areas of automobile and trucking litigation, products and premises liability, personal injury, education, police liability, civil rights, government liability, employment law, construction related litigation and wrongful death.

Mr. Philpott has handled numerous significant exposure jury trials in both state and federal court and has successfully litigated cases in almost every county throughout Florida.

He is admitted to all state courts in Florida as well as the United States federal courts for the southern, middle and northern districts of Florida.

Mr. Philpott is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar and has volunteered with the Orange County Teen Court program along with other local pro bono organizations.
