WILLIAM J. SCHURECK

William J. Schureck is an associate with Gonzales, Philpott, Beauchamp & Sang LLC, and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2021 after having obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. During his time at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Schureck obtained several awards and distinctions, including making the Dean’s List multiple semesters, receiving the CALI award for earning top marks in their Uniform Commercial Code Sales course. Additionally, Mr. Schureck was awarded the 2020 Law Student Award for the City County and Local Government Section of the Florida Bar. He was also an involved member of both the Public Interest Law Society and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, he graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology in 2017. He is also a member of the Young Lawyers section of the Florida Bar. His main areas of practice include insurance defense, insurance coverage, and automobile negligence. When he is not working, Mr. Schureck enjoys spending time with his family and their dog Oakley, and going on outdoor adventures together.
